Meet Some Of The Team

Jon Rutter

Having learnt the trade off his father David, Jon has led the company for 20 years. In this time he has gained a wealth of experience within the industry.

Jon has recently taken up the other side of the business – heading sales with renowned craft beer brewery Lost+Found.

He loves sport of all types and can be found watching Brighton & Hove Albion or Brighton Rugby Club during the winter months and relaxing at Sussex County Cricket Club in the Summer. 

Married with two daughters, Jon has even been known to run a marathon or two! 

Alex Mitchell

Alex started in the industry working at his local pub in Brighton as well as in the student bar while at Chichester University. After graduating with a music degree, it only seemed natural to start training as a stocktaker!

12 years on he now lives in London and heads up our office in the capital.  

Alex is a drummer and DJ in his spare time, playing drums for indie band Mt. Wolf. 

When he’s not playing music or counting stock,  Al can be found doing up his new house in Croydon.

Ed Pearce

Ed has nearly always worked in hospitality, from being a student working part time in an off license in term time and his local golf and country club during the holidays, where he progressed to bar manager.

After a brief break to work in IT, he moved back to hospitality at The Granville Hotel in Brighton, where he rose to operations manager. Ed was instrumental in helping the owners open their hugely successful new bar and restaurant Smokeys.

After 8 years he decided another change was in order and came to join the team at LTA and now works out of the Brighton office.

In his spare time Ed picks up a book and watches the world go by on Brighton beach, with a beer in hand obviously!

Jenny Weller

Jenny has worked with us since 2005, having formally worked as office manager for one of our clients. Jenny now oversees the day to day running of our head office.

A true all-rounder, Jenny organises everything from our bookkeeping to arranging the diary, and if you give us a call, it’ll probably be Jenny who will answer.

Jenny loves nothing more than dogs and gardening. Her garden at home is pure chocolate-box and she dotes on her rescue Black Labrador Benson. 

At weekends she still helps out at her former employers Lindfield Golf Acadamy.
